FREE Cabbage Soup Diet:

 
This is the cabbage soup diet.  If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 10-17 Lbs. in one week.
 
Instructions for cabbage soup diet:
  • Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.
  • You may drink the soup at any time (as much as you want).
  • You can add herbs, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar,
    Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup to your foods.
  • If you want to take herbal appetite suppressants mid-morning and
    mid-afternoon with this diet, do NOT drink caffeinated
    coffee/tea.  Drink decaffeinated coffee or tea.
 
Daily schedule:
  • Day 1:   Every fruit you want except bananas (and soup).
  • Day 2:   All the vegetables you want, and baked potato with butter
                 for dinner (and soup).
  • Day 3:   Combine day 1 and day 2 but no potato (and soup).
  • Day 4:   Up to six bananas, and all the skim milk you want (and soup).
  • Day 5:   10 to 20 ounces of beef, a can of tomatoes, and 6-8 glasses
                 of water (and soup).
  • Day 6:   All the beef and vegetables you want (and soup).
  • Day 7:   Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables (and soup).
                 No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages (not even diet soda).
 
Recipe for cabbage soup:
  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes(diced or whole)
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 packageLipton soup mix
  • 1or2 cubes bouillon(optional)
  • 1 48oz can V8 juice(optional) 
  • Season to taste with salt,pepper,parsley, and/or curry 
    garlic powder
  • Eat all the soup you want, whenever you want.
