FREE 7 day diet:

 
This is the 7 day diet.  If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 11 lbs. 
 
Instructions for 7 day diet:
  • Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.
  • You can add herbs, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar,
    worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup to your foods.
  • If you want to take herbal appetite suppressants mid-morning and
    mid-afternoon with this diet, do NOT drink caffeinated
    coffee/tea.  Drink decaffeinated coffee or tea.
 
Daily Schedule:
Monday: Tuesday:

All the fruit you want except bananas.

All the vegetables you want.

Wednesday: Thursday:

All the fruit and vegetables you want.

5 bananas with 5 glasses of milk.

Friday: Saturday:

 4 (3 oz beef, chicken, or fish steaks)
 with fresh vegetables.

4 (3 oz. beef steaks) with fresh vegetables.

Sunday:

4 (3 oz. beef steaks) with fresh vegetables.
